NOTE: REFERENCES ARE ENCOURAGED)!!!By ordering a commission from me, user @Dustyyyy21 ("the Artist"), you ("the Client", "(s)he/ they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected / cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist/ public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.These Terms of Service are in effect as of October 25, 2025

The Artist is willing to draw any of the following:- Human(oid)- Kemonomimi- Anthro* (Anthros that lean heavily toward the feral side instead of humanoid may be rejected.)-Original Characters and/or Fan Characters- Real-life people (Only if express written permission from the subject in question is provided.)- Fanart- Mecha (Only if design has clear refrence)- Light gore (for example, excessive blood, detached limbs, etc.)- Implied sexual contentCharacters appearing in the following age ranges:- Toddlers/Children
- Teenagers
- Young adults (18–35 years old)
- Middle-aged adults (36–55 years old)Any couple type of any sexuality, including but not limited to:!!!- Canon x Canon
- Canon x OC
- OC x OC
- Male x Female
- Male x Male
- Female x Female

The Artist will not draw any of the following:- Feral- Explicit sexual content- Heavy gore (for example, detailed internal body parts)- Elderly-appearing characters (56+ years old)- Sexualized underage characters (in actual age or appearance)- Pedophilic relations!!!- Incestuous relations!!!- Certain kinks or fetishes (e.g., watersports, DDLG). The Client must confirm with the Artist beforehand if a particular kink or fetish is acceptable.!!!

The Artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.The Artist has the right to cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. (See Section 6 – Refunds for more details.)!!!The Client has the right to cancel the commission for any reason, with or without explanation. (See Section 6 – Refunds.)The Artist has the right to upload the commission to any or all social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) unless the Client requests privacy beforehand.!!!Payment is made after the Client approves the sketch. The sketch will be resized and watermarked, and the commission will be on hold until payment is received.The Artist does not accept deadlines or rush orders.!!!The Artist does not work on a first-come, first-served basis; smaller commissions may be completed between larger ones.NSFW commissions may only be ordered by Clients aged 18 or older. If the Artist suspects the Client is underage, the commission will be rejected or cancelled and a public notice may be made.The Client may ask for progress updates but no more than once every two weeks. The Client may also contact the Artist via social media.

The Client may make minor edits to the completed commission (e.g., cropping, adding text or borders, adjusting brightness or color).The Client may reupload the commission for personal or non-commercial use, provided that proper credit to the Artist (@Dustyyyy21) and a link to the Artist’s social media is included.!!!If the commission features characters not owned by the Client, credit to the character’s creator(s) must also be given.The Client may not use the commission commercially unless discussed with the Artist.
Commercial commissions cost more; prices are negotiable.
If the commission features characters not owned by the Client, written permission from the creator(s) is required for commercial use.The Client may not claim the artwork as their own, even if edits have been made.The Artist does not claim ownership of the characters or subjects depicted; they belong to their original creators.

All commissions are digital.No physical copies are made or shipped.All commissions will be completed in an anime/manga style or the style shown in examples.Commissions are delivered as .PNG files, typically between 1000–3000+ pixels at 300 DPI unless otherwise specified.The Client may request a specific canvas size.!!!The completed commission will be sent via email as a .PNG file attachment.Unless otherwise requested, commissions will be posted publicly by the Artist (resized and watermarked).Public posts will only occur after the Client receives and approves the final piece.The Client may choose to remain anonymous when the commission is uploaded.Turnaround time ranges from one week to two 4 weeks, depending on style and queue.If more than that are required, the Artist will notify the Client.

Payment is made after the Client approves the sketch. Or otherwise statedPayment can be made via PayPal only.!!!!PayPal payments must be in AUD (Australian Dollars).!!!PayPal payments are made through invoices; the Artist will require the Client’s PayPal email.The Client does not need to cover PayPal fees.Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.

If the Client cancels, partial refunds may be given depending on progress:
55% refund if in lineart stage
40% refund if in base color stage
30–20% refund if in shading/final touches
The Client will not receive any files of the cancelled commission.!!!If the Artist cancels, the Client receives a full refund and a .PNG of any completed progress.
Refunds will be issued within 72 hours after correspondence.The Client will not be refunded simply for being unsatisfied with the final result.!!!The Artist allows up to two minor edits (e.g., color adjustments).
Major revisions (e.g., reposing or color scheme changes) may be rejected.Only major corrections for missed details (e.g., an omitted tattoo specified earlier) will be accepted.

An email address is required for full quality finished product!!!The Client receives a resized and watermarked sketch. All major revisions must be made at this stage.The Client approves the sketch and sends payment (via PayPal invoice)Once payment is confirmed, the Artist completes the commission.
The completed piece is emailed to the Client as a .PNG file.Only minor changes may be made at this stage; major revisions will be rejected.
If permitted, the Artist will post a resized and watermarked version of the commission on social media.
